The third bedroom offers 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and the fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds, each 90 cm wide and 190 cm in length, making it an ideal space for younger guests or companions travelling together. The property includes 1 bathroom fitted with a shower and a separate WC. The welcoming living and dining room is furnished with a flat screen television and opens directly onto a large terrace of 25 m2, which benefits from both south and east facing orientations.
