The ground floor features a living/dining room with direct exit to the terrace, along with one room containing a french bed measuring 1 x 180 cm with a length of 200 cm and an attached shower. This ground floor bedroom also provides exit to the terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, and electric coffee machine. A separate WC completes the ground floor layout. The upper floor comprises 3 rooms, with each room furnished with 2 beds measuring 90 cm wide and 190 cm in length. A gallery area on the upper floor features a flat screen television. The upper floor also includes a bathroom, shower, and separate WC. An expansive 20 m2 terrace with furniture provides additional outdoor living space for your stay.
