The first bedroom is equipped with one French bed measuring 180 cm wide by 200 cm in length and includes air conditioning for your comfort. The second bedroom contains one French bed measuring 140 cm wide by 200 cm in length, also with air conditioning. The third bedroom is generously furnished with one bed measuring 90 cm wide by 190 cm in length, one set of bunk beds measuring 90 cm wide by 190 cm in length, and one French bed measuring 140 cm wide by 190 cm in length, with air conditioning provided in this room as well. The kitchen comes equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine, along with a dining table for your meals. The house includes a shower and separate WC. You will have access to a 20 m2 terrace with an east facing position, complete with terrace furniture and a barbecue for outdoor dining.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
