The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine. The apartment includes one shower and WC. Underfloor heating is available throughout the unit. You will have access to a 12 m2 roofed terrace and an additional 6 m2 roofed terrace, both furnished with terrace furniture.
