Your vacation accommodation at "Top 17" is a cosy 1-room apartment spanning 20 m2, located on the 2nd floor. The apartment features comfortable and inviting furnishings throughout. The living/sleeping room is equipped with 1 double sofabed and includes a dining table for your convenience. A small, open kitchen area provides 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, along with the microwave for preparing meals during your stay. The unit includes 1 bathroom with a shower/WC configuration. You will also have access to a private balcony complete with balcony furniture where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings. The maximum capacity for this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is 2 guests.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
