The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, 2 gas rings, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, and combination microwave. You will also have access to a shower, shower/WC, and separate WC on this level. The upper floor features a gallery with sloping ceilings containing one bed measuring 90 cm wide and 200 cm in length, plus one French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm in length. A separate WC is also located on the upper floor. The property offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a maximum capacity of 6 guests.

During your vacation, you will enjoy air conditioning throughout the property, as well as heat available through electric heating for your comfort. The house includes a washing machine for your convenience, along with a dishwasher in the open kitchen. You will have access to a television with a flat screen for your entertainment. Outside, you can utilize the barbecue facilities on the large terrace, which is partly roofed and offers very beautiful views of the sea and the countryside. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
