The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also available on this floor. On the upper floor, you will discover one bedroom with a French bed measuring 1 x 140 cm with a length of 190 cm, and another bedroom containing 2 beds each measuring 80 cm with a length of 190 cm. The upper floor also includes a shower/WC for your convenience.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
