The fully equipped open kitchen features a bar area and is generously appointed with a full range of appliances. Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom of 15 m2 is furnished with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor facilities. This level has been adapted to accommodate guests with reduced mobility.
On the upper floor, an open living area of 12 m2 provides an additional relaxed space for guests.
