Also on this level, a large bedroom with a dressing room is fitted with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from its own shower and WC, as well as a private exit to the terrace. A separate WC is also available on this floor. The kitchen on the main level is fully equipped and separate from the living area. On the lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, you will find 2 additional bedrooms. The first features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with a private exit to the terrace. The second bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also with access to the terrace. A shared bath and WC serves both lower ground floor bedrooms. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
