The upper floor also includes a shower and WC for your convenience. The villa features wooden floors and parquet floors throughout, with heating provided by a boiler that holds 100 litres. Outside, you will have access to a roofed terrace measuring 16 m2, furnished with terrace furniture, a portable barbecue, 2 deck chairs, and a sitting area where you can enjoy beautiful views of the garden and the countryside.
