The second bedroom contains one french bed measuring 140 cm wide by 190 cm long. The third bedroom also features one french bed measuring 140 cm wide by 190 cm long and includes an en-suite bathroom with bath, bidet, and WC, along with its own exit to the terrace. The kitchen is fully appointed with a mini-oven, oven, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, and electric coffee machine, complemented by a small dining table and direct access to the terrace. The villa includes two bathrooms, one with shower, bidet, and WC, plus a separate WC. The property features oil heating and carpet flooring throughout.
