This convivial space opens directly onto the terrace. The first bedroom is equipped with 2 pull-out beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, offering a flexible sleeping arrangement ideal for younger guests or additional occupants. The second bedroom features a French bed measuring 140 cm by 190 cm. The third bedroom also features a French bed of the same dimensions, 140 cm by 190 cm, and benefits from a private bathroom fitted with a bath, bidet, and WC, as well as direct access to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen includes a mini-oven, a full oven, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a small dining table and a further exit to the terrace. A separate shower room with bidet and WC, as well as an additional independent WC, complete the bathroom facilities of this villa.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
