Spread across multiple levels, the villa offers 6 bedrooms in total. On the ground floor, beneath an elegant dome, a generous living room with sofas, a dining area with table and chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen form the heart of the home. This level also features 3 bright and spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with bathtub, as well as a children's room equipped with an extra bed, a cot, and 2 mattresses. On the first floor, 2 additional bedrooms are available, one with a double bed and a private bathroom with 2 washbasins, and the other with a double bed, a private bathroom with bathtub and shower, and a private terrace overlooking the garden. A sixth and most recently added bedroom, accessible from outside and finished in a modern style, features a double bed and a private bathroom with bathtub and shower. The first floor also hosts a second living room with a fireplace, ideal for relaxed gatherings, as well as a large panoramic terrace.

For leisure and recreation, the villa offers a 15x5.5 metre swimming pool, a clay tennis court, and a yard of extraordinary beauty. Secure private parking is available on the property, and high-speed Internet WiFi is provided throughout. Bed and household linens, electricity, water, gas, and a selection of bath products are all included in the rates, ensuring a seamless and comfortable stay.

Outdoors

The outdoor spaces of Villa The Garden are a true celebration of nature and landscape design. Across the three hectares of grounds, a rich variety of fruit trees, olive trees, palm trees, and bougainvillea create a lush and fragrant environment, while a unique French garden, an Andalusian garden, a cactus garden, and ornamental ponds add layers of beauty and character to the estate.

The swimming pool, measuring 15x5.5 metres, serves as the centrepiece of the outdoor leisure area. It is surrounded by a spacious terrace, a pool house, sunbeds, and umbrellas, along with several chill-out areas furnished with comfortable sofas. Heating of the pool is available upon request from November to March at an additional cost. A traditional brick and tadelakt hammam is also available for use on request.

For younger guests, a dedicated play area features a trampoline, swings, a sandbox, a table tennis table, and a pétanque area. Sports enthusiasts will appreciate the clay tennis court set within the grounds. The large panoramic terrace on the first floor offers sweeping views over the garden below, providing a perfect setting for evening drinks or quiet moments of relaxation.

Villa The Garden is equipped with central heating, ensuring comfort throughout the cooler months. The staff communicates in Arabic and French, and their presence is designed to be attentive yet unobtrusive. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 12:00. A security deposit of 2000 EUR is required and must be paid in the form of a credit card pre-authorisation, meaning the amount is not debited from your card.

The following services are included in the rates: bed and household linens, the chef, daily house cleaning, electricity, water and gas, guardian, house cleaning upon departure, housekeeper, Internet WiFi, and a selection of bath products. Additional services available at an extra cost include babysitting, beverages, cost of food, hammam treatments, heating of the swimming pool from November to March, laundry service, and tips for the staff.

Regarding house rules, children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the pool or hammam. Organising events on the property is not permitted without prior approval. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Please note that there is no safety fence around the pool and no swimming guard is present. Children are welcome, and pets are accepted upon request. The property must be returned in the same condition as at check-in, as additional fees may otherwise be charged.
