The Master bedroom is situated on the first floor and includes a private bathroom and a private terrace overlooking the garden and the surrounding landscape. Also on the first floor, a TV lounge offers an additional versatile space that can serve as a children's room. The interior of the villa is bright and spacious, featuring a modern living room with a fireplace, comfortable sofas, a dining area with table and chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen. The property also includes a hammam room, air conditioning throughout, and a separate staff apartment designed to ensure complete privacy for guests. A dedicated and attentive team is at your disposal, with staff fluent in both English and French. Services included in the rental rates encompass a night watchman, bed and household linens, breakfast, a butler, a chef and cook, concierge service, domestic staff, a housekeeper, and a selection of bath products. Additional services available upon request include airport transfers in both directions, childcare and babysitting, in-house massage service, laundry service, lunch, dinner, half board and full board arrangements, hammam sessions, swimming pool heating, and gratuities for staff. Please note that 3 days of pre-pool heating is mandatory when the heating option is selected. A corkage fee applies to all alcohol purchased outside the property, according to the type of alcohol. The swimming pool has no dedicated swimming guard and no safety fence, and children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the pool, hammam, or any similar facility. Children are warmly welcome at the property. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. A security deposit equivalent to 25% of the rental amount is required and must be paid in the form of a credit card pre-authorization, meaning the amount is not debited from your card. The property must be returned in the same condition as at check-in, as additional fees may otherwise be applied.
