Villa Mauri is a fully staffed property, with a dedicated team residing on-site to ensure an exceptional level of service throughout your stay. The House Manager, Mustapha, will personally welcome you upon arrival. A professional chef is on hand to prepare delicious traditional Moroccan meals, with many ingredients sourced directly from the property's own garden. Madj is responsible for housekeeping and provides cleaning service 24 hours per day, while Zara the maid, Omar the gardener and guardian, also attend to the daily management of the property, including opening and closing the gate. The staff speaks French. Cooking service is included in the rental rates, though the cost of food, including groceries and drinks, is not included. Also included in the rates are concierge service, electricity, water, gas, luxury linens and towels, and pool and beach towels. Services available at an additional cost include airport transfer, grocery delivery, swimming pool heating, pre-pool heating, laundry service, and tips for the staff. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 11:00. A security deposit of 2,000 EUR is required and must be provided in the form of a credit card pre-authorization, meaning the amount is not debited from your card. Children are welcome at the villa and must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the pool or any water facility. Please note that there is no safety fence around the pool. The property must be returned in the same condition as at check-in, as additional fees may be charged otherwise.
