Villa Amrabat is fully air-conditioned throughout and is also equipped with heating for use during the winter months, ensuring year-round comfort for all guests. The property includes a dedicated house staff and a private chef or cook as part of the standard service; please note that the cost of food and grocery shopping is not included in the rental rate. A comprehensive range of services and amenities is included in the rates, among them bed and household linens with bi-weekly changes, concierge service, daily housekeeping, domestic staff, electricity, water, gas, and a selection of bath products. Services not included in the rates and available at an additional cost include airport transfers, babysitting, cancellation insurance, food costs, aesthetic treatments, extra beds, heating of the swimming pool, laundry service, massages, pre-pool heating, and tips for the staff. The house chef prepares all meals, and meals and beverages will be charged to your final bill. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 12:00. Guests are kindly asked to vacate their rooms 1 hour before their scheduled departure time to allow staff to conduct an inventory of fixtures. A security deposit of 3,000 EUR is required and must be provided in the form of a credit card pre-authorisation, meaning the amount is not debited from your card. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the pool or any wellness facilities. Please be aware that there is no swimming guard on duty and no safety fence around the pool. The property must be returned in the same condition as at check-in; failure to do so may result in additional charges. The staff at Villa Amrabat speak French.
