A security deposit of 1,000 euros is required in cash upon arrival and will be returned at the time of departure, less any applicable charges in the event of damages. The minimum stay requirement is 5 nights, extended to 7 nights during the period from 20/06/26 to 28/08/26, with arrivals on Saturdays required between 18/07/26 and 22/08/26, as well as from 19/12/26 to 08/01/27. The rental rates are inclusive of gas, water, electricity, heating, final cleaning, a weekly change of bed linens, a midweek change of bath towels and pool towels, a midweek cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms lasting 3 hours, a welcome basket with breakfast items, and a baby cot.
