The minimum stay requirement is 4 nights, extended to 7 nights for arrivals falling between 25 July 2026 and 22 August 2026, with arrival permitted on any day of the week. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 21:00, while check-out must take place between 8:00 and 10:00. Should you require a late check-in after 21:00 and up to 24:00, this can be arranged upon request and is subject to an additional charge payable in cash locally. A security deposit of 1,000 euros is required upon arrival, to be paid in cash, and will be returned at the time of departure, less any applicable deductions in the event of damages. Included in the rental price are air conditioning, electricity, gas and water consumption, final cleaning, and a welcome basket with breakfast items. For bookings of a minimum of 7 nights, the price also includes a weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, a midweek change of bath towels, and a midweek cleaning of the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms for 4 hours. Tourist tax is not included in the rental price and amounts to a maximum of 5.00 euros per person per night, excluding children up to 12 years of age, applicable for a maximum of 7 nights, and is to be paid at the time of booking.
