Other Information

Check-in at Villa Monica is available from 16:00 to 21:00, while check-out must take place between 8:00 and 10:00. Late check-in, available from after 21:00 until 24:00, can be arranged upon request and is subject to an additional charge. A security deposit of 1,000 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at the time of departure, less any applicable charges in the event of damages. For bookings of a minimum of 7 nights, the following services are included: bath towels and pool towels with a midweek change, bed linen with a weekly change, and a midweek bedroom and bathroom cleaning session of 4 hours. Regardless of the length of stay, the following are always included: final cleaning, water consumption, electricity, a cot, air conditioning, and a welcome basket filled with local products. A tourist tax of 3.00 euros per person per night applies, excluding children up to 12 years of age, for a maximum of 6 nights, and is to be paid at the time of check-in.
