A refundable security deposit of 20,000 EUR is required and may be paid via bank transfer, credit card charge with an additional 4% fee, or cash payment upon arrival. It is possible to rent 1 extra double bed, and you are invited to inquire for pricing details. Parties are not permitted unless a separate written agreement has been established. Pets are not allowed within the property. Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited. Children are very welcome and the villa is well suited to accommodate families with young guests. All suites are elegantly appointed with king-size beds, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a minibar, and a safe box, along with stylish en-suite bathrooms. Many suites feature lounge areas, open-plan bathrooms with bathtubs, private terraces or balconies, and direct access to the pool or outdoor areas, with several offering independent entrances for enhanced privacy.
