Events are permitted upon request, while parties are not allowed. Pets are welcome upon request. Smoking inside the villa is strictly not permitted. Children are very welcome at the property. The following services are included in the rental: daily housekeeping, turn-down service, daily changing of towels, day-by-day changing of linens, luxury bath amenities, a security guard on duty from 10PM to 6AM, pool cleaning and gardening, live-in staff, and maintenance.
