A minimum stay of 5 nights is required at Villa Athena. From July 12 to August 22, a minimum stay of 7 nights applies. Arrival and departure are permitted on any day of the week. The weekly rental price includes consumption of gas, water, towels, bed linen, and electricity up to 200 kW; any consumption exceeding 200 kW will be charged additionally at a rate of 0.50 per kW. A final cleaning fee of 150 euros is to be paid on site, along with a refundable security deposit of 500 euros. A tourist tax of 2.50 euros per person per night is applicable and must be paid on site in accordance with local regulations. A high chair and a cot are available upon prior request, each subject to an additional fee payable on site. Please be aware that a late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 9 pm, and this amount must be settled directly on site.
