Villa La Pigna operates under a minimum stay requirement of 7 nights, with a flexible changeover day available throughout the season, with the exception of the period from 13 June 2026 to 29 August 2026, during which arrivals and departures take place on Saturdays only. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 21:00, and check-out must be completed between 8:00 and 10:00. A late check-in service is available after 21:00 until 24:00, subject to prior arrangement. A security deposit of 500 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at departure, less any applicable charges in the event of damages. The rental rates are inclusive of gas, water, electricity, air conditioning and heating, a final cleaning service, a weekly change of bed linens, a midweek change of bath towels and pool towels, and a midweek set-up of the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms for 3 hours. A tourist tax of 1.00 euro per person per night applies, excluding children up to 12 years of age, for a maximum of 5 nights, during the period from 1 April to 30 September, payable in cash upon arrival. Please be aware that pets are not permitted at the property.
