Check-in at Villa Azur is from 3 pm, and check-out is by 11 am. The property operates under a set of house rules designed to ensure a respectful and enjoyable experience for all guests. Dogs are not permitted on the premises, and parties involving exterior visitors are strictly prohibited. The playing of loud music outside the hours of public quiet as predetermined by local authorities is not allowed, and smoking inside the property is forbidden at all times. A security and damage deposit of 1.200 euros is required, and guests are expected to return the property in a presentable condition. The villa's manager and owner reserve the right to reclaim any additional cleaning costs should the property not be left in the above-mentioned state. Included in the rental are 2 hours of daily maid service, a daily change of bath and pool towels, and a change of linen twice weekly. In accordance with the latest Greek Law Regulations, an extra climate change resilient fee of 10 euros per villa, per night is imposed on residents. This fee is not included in the villa rental fee and must be settled prior to check-out. An emergency contact number will be provided at check-in, and the villa's management team is on hand to offer assistance and personalised suggestions for a wide range of activities, including excursions, boat tours, cooking experiences, and much more.
