Check-in at Villa Fos is available between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., unless a different arrangement has been agreed upon in writing in advance. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m. The standard rates apply for up to 8 guests, with the option to accommodate 1 additional person at a supplementary charge per day. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required, which is extended to 4 nights during the months of June, July, and August. A damage deposit is required upon arrival and will be returned at the end of your stay, subject to any deductions in the event of damage. A cleaning fee and a tax fee of 7% on the total price are not included in the rental rate. A comprehensive range of services is provided to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay. These include an airport welcome upon arrival with assistance arranging car rentals, a full welcome pack, key handover accompanied by a detailed explanation of the villa, an introduction to the housekeeping staff with scheduling of cleaning times, and access to concierge and chef services upon request.
