Villa Gazelia operates under a set of house rules designed to ensure a respectful and enjoyable experience for all guests. Check-in is available from 3 pm, and check-out must be completed by 11 am. During the months of June, July, and August, a minimum stay of 1 week is required. Dogs are not permitted on the property, and parties involving exterior visitors are strictly prohibited. Loud music is not allowed outside the hours predetermined by local authorities for public quiet, and smoking is not permitted inside the villa at any time. A security and damage deposit of 1,000 euros is required. Guests are expected to return the property in a presentable condition, and the villa's manager or owner reserves the right to reclaim any additional cleaning costs should the property not be left in the above-mentioned state. Included in the rental are 2 hours of daily maid service, daily changes of bath and pool towels, and a change of linen twice weekly. In accordance with the latest Greek Law Regulations, an extra climate change resilient fee of 10 euros per villa, per night is imposed on residents; this fee is not included in the villa rental fee and must be settled prior to check-out. A range of additional services is available upon request at extra cost, including exclusive meals prepared by a private chef, extra maid assistance at any time of day, a 24-hour concierge service, airport and port escorts via limousine, car rentals and speed boats, yacht charters, a private driver, security, a personal trainer, and massage treatments.
