Check-in is available from 3:00 pm, and check-out is required by 11:00 am. The minimum stay requirement varies according to the season, with stays of 3, 4, or 5 nights applicable depending on the time of year, and a minimum stay of 1 week required between 6 July and 18 August. The rental price includes 2 hours of daily maid service, daily changes of bath and pool towels, and a change of linen twice weekly. A security and damage deposit of 2,000 euros is required. Guests are kindly asked to return the property in a presentable condition, and the villa's manager or owner reserves the right to reclaim any additional cleaning costs should the property not be left in the above-mentioned state. Please be aware that, in accordance with the latest Greek Law Regulations, an extra climate change resilience fee of 10 euros per villa, per night is imposed on residents; this fee is not included in the villa rental price and must be settled prior to check-out. The property operates under a strict set of house rules: dogs are not permitted, parties involving exterior visitors are not allowed, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, and loud music outside the hours established by local authorities for public quiet is not permitted.
