Check-in time is between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., unless a different arrangement has been agreed upon in writing prior to arrival. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m. Upon arrival, a damage deposit of 1.500 euros is required and will be returned at the end of the stay, less any applicable charges in the event of damage to the property. A dedicated emergency contact number will be provided at check-in, ensuring that assistance is always within reach throughout your stay. The team is also available to offer personalized suggestions and arrangements for a wide range of activities, including excursions, boat tours, cooking experiences, and much more. - the percentage of the total rental amount paid at the time of the booking as initial deposit if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period;
- 100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show.
