Villa Sun is thoughtfully equipped to ensure a seamless and comfortable stay for all guests. On the ground floor, a spacious open-plan living and dining room features a flat-screen TV, an audio system, and an iPod dock, creating an inviting space for relaxation and entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, American-style fridge, dishwasher, and freezer. The ground floor also hosts 1 double bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi, as well as 2 communicating double bedrooms, each with twin beds and an en suite bathroom with shower. A further double bedroom with an independent entrance offers twin beds and an en suite bathroom with shower. On the first floor, the master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, an en suite bathroom with shower, air conditioning, and access to the large panoramic terrace. The rental price includes electricity, water, and gas expenses, as well as garden and pool maintenance. Bed linen and bath towels are provided, with a laundry change included during the stay for rentals of a minimum of 2 weeks. A cleaning service is provided at departure and also during the stay for rentals of a minimum of 2 weeks. Additional services are available upon request, including extra cleaning, an extra bed at 20 euros per day, a cot at 10 euros per day, a highchair at 5 euros per day, and a reservation fee of 30 euros. A security deposit of 2,000 euros is required. The minimum stay is 5 nights, extended to 7 nights during July and August. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out must be completed by 10:00. Late check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 is subject to an additional charge, as is check-in between 00:00 and 09:00. The management team is reachable via an emergency contact provided at check-in and is available to assist with activity recommendations and bookings, including excursions, boat tours, and cooking experiences.
