On the ground floor of the main house, guests will find a welcoming living room, an open kitchen, a WC, and a fireplace, all opening onto the exterior living and dining areas. The first floor of the main house features 2 master bedrooms, each appointed with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms with separate shower rooms, along with private balconies that frame breathtaking panoramic views of the Aegean Sea. The lower level of the villa houses 3 additional master bedrooms, each with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, one of which includes a well-equipped kitchenette and does not have a sea view. Also on the lower level is a playroom equipped with a TV, sofa, gym equipment, a hammam, and an en-suite bathroom, which can also serve as an additional bedroom upon request given the size and comfort of its sofa. A laundry room is available on this level upon request and at an extra charge. The guesthouse offers a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchenette, and a private veranda. A damage deposit of 3,000 euros is required upon arrival and is fully refundable at the end of the stay. The minimum stay required is 4 nights. Check-in is between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. unless a different arrangement has been agreed upon in writing, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m. An emergency contact number is provided at check-in, and the team is available to offer assistance and personalised suggestions for a wide range of activities, including excursions, boat tours, and cooking experiences.
