A refundable security deposit of 1.500 euros is required. Please note that the Climate Resilience Tax of 15 euros per day is not included in the rental rate. A minimum stay policy applies depending on the season: 3 days during low season, 5 days during mid season, and 1 week during high and peak season. Daily maid service is provided by professional staff, while linen and towel changes are carried out every 3 days to ensure fresh amenities throughout your stay.
