Villa Joy operates under a set of straightforward rental guidelines designed to ensure a comfortable and respectful stay for all guests. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required. Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m., and check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m. A security deposit of 500€ is payable upon arrival and will be refunded at the end of the stay, minus any charges incurred in the event of damage. Please note that events are not permitted on the premises. Included in the rental are maid service along with a change of bath towels and bed linen twice weekly. A range of additional services is available upon request, including airport transfers, car rentals, private drivers, boat trips, luxury yachts and helicopter arrangements, restaurant and activity reservations, in-house chef services, and beauty and spa treatments.
