The property offers 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in total, distributed across 2 distinct living units to ensure both privacy and comfort.

The main Trulli accommodates up to 4 adults and 1 child. Upon entering through the main entrance, you are welcomed into a charming living room furnished with armchairs and a decorative fireplace, a stereo system, and a television. The right alcove houses a dining table with seating, while the left alcove has been thoughtfully designed as a wine room ideal for wine tasting, complete with a wine cooler and a wine fridge. From the living room, an opening and 2 corridors lead to the Master Suite, which features a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a shower. The side alcove of the Master Suite serves as a walk-in closet and also includes a single sofa bed. The second bedroom, known as the Black and White room, is appointed with a queen-size bed, a private bathroom with a shower, and a small seating area with a sofa and armchair. Check-in is available from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 am.

A refundable security deposit of 500 Euro is required and will be charged by credit card via pre-authorization 48 hours before arrival. This deposit will be returned within 24 hours after check-out, provided no damage has occurred during the stay.

Additional expenses to be noted include a final cleaning fee of 150 Euro, payable on site. A tourist tax may also apply depending on the time of year. Air conditioning usage is included in the rental up to 200 kW per week; any consumption exceeding this threshold must be paid in cash on site.
