Check-in is available from 16:00 to 21:00, and check-out must take place between 8:00 and 10:00. A late check-in service is available after 21:00 until 24:00, payable upon arrival. A security deposit of 1,000 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at departure, subject to any deductions for damages. The rental rates include gas, water, and electricity, as well as final cleaning. For bookings of a minimum of 7 nights, the rates also cover a weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, a midweek change of bath towels, table linen, and a midweek cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms for 4 hours.
