Villa Ipoliti operates under a set of clearly defined rental guidelines to ensure a seamless and comfortable experience for all guests. The minimum stay requirement is 3 nights during low and mid season, 4 nights during high season, and 6 nights during peak season. Check-in is scheduled between 3.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m., unless a different arrangement has been agreed upon in writing, while check-out must be completed by 10.00 a.m. Upon arrival, a refundable security deposit of 1,500 euro will be required in the form of an authorisation to charge a credit or debit card. The property manager will inspect the villa following your departure for any damages, missing items, or irregularities attributable to the tenant or any person residing in or invited to the property. The security deposit will be returned or released within 10 days of departure, provided that no costs or expenses of any kind remain outstanding. Pool preheating and heating maintenance are subject to additional charges, as is the use of the helipad for landing or parking purposes. The villa includes daily maid service, regular pool maintenance, linen and bath towel changes twice weekly, and daily pool towel changes as part of the standard offering. Complimentary services include concierge assistance and travel guidance from the moment of booking through to departure, a welcome assistance procedure from the airport to the villa, and 24-hour security at the entrance of the property.
