Arrival is scheduled between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., unless a different arrangement has been agreed upon in writing, while departure must take place by 10:00 a.m. Upon arrival, a refundable damage deposit corresponding to 20% of the total stay will be required in the form of an authorization to charge a credit or debit card. The property manager will inspect the villa upon departure for any damages, missing items, or irregularities that may have been caused by the tenant or any person residing in or invited to the property. The security deposit will be returned or released within 10 days of departure, provided that no costs or expenses of any kind remain unpaid.
