Included in the rental are daily maid service, regular pool maintenance, linen and bath towel changes twice weekly, pool towel changes, concierge assistance and travel guides available from the time of booking through to departure, welcome assistance procedures from the airport to the villa, check-in and check-out procedures, and 24-hour security at the entrance of the complex. The property also benefits from a small private dock for tenders, adding an exclusive nautical dimension to your stay. A range of additional services is available upon request, including airport transfers, car rentals, event planning, sound and lighting arrangements, private drivers, boat trips, luxury yacht and helicopter charters, reservations, in-house chefs, and beauty and spa services. The use of the helipad for landing or parking is available subject to charges. The villa is equipped with 24/7 CCTV monitoring for the security and peace of mind of all guests. The property manager will inspect the villa following departure for any damages, missing items, or irregularities attributable to the tenant or any person residing in or invited to the property. The security deposit will be returned or released within 10 days of departure, provided that no costs or expenses of any kind remain outstanding. Minimum stay requirements apply as follows: 3 nights during low and mid season, 4 nights during high season, and 6 nights during peak season.
