Arrival is scheduled between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., unless a different arrangement has been agreed upon in writing, and departure must take place by 10:00 a.m. A refundable damage deposit corresponding to 20% of the total stay, in the form of an authorization to charge a credit or debit card, is required upon arrival. The property manager will inspect the villa following departure for any damages, missing items, or irregularities attributable to the tenant or any person residing in or invited to the property. The security deposit will be returned or released within 10 days of departure, provided that no costs or expenses of any kind remain outstanding.

The property manager shall inspect the villa for eventual damages, missing items or anything out of the ordinary that could have been caused by the tenant or any person residing or invited in the propertyThe property manager shall return or release the security deposit within 10 days of departure provided that no costs or expenses of any kind are left unpaid, for whatever reason whatsoever.
