Villa Efkalia accommodates up to 11 guests across its thoughtfully arranged interior. On the entrance level, you will find a double bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom, as well as a loft featuring a single bed. The lower level hosts 4 additional bedrooms: 2 doubles with king-size beds, each with a private bathroom, 1 double with a queen-size bed, and 1 room with 2 single beds. The last 2 bedrooms on this level share a bathroom, and all rooms on the lower floor enjoy beautiful sea views. Check-in is scheduled between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., unless a different arrangement has been agreed upon in writing, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m. A refundable damage deposit equivalent to 20% of the total stay cost, in the form of a credit or debit card authorization, is required upon arrival. The property manager will inspect the villa following your departure for any damages, missing items, or irregularities, and the security deposit will be returned or released within 10 days of departure, provided that no costs or expenses of any kind remain outstanding. Minimum stay requirements apply: 3 nights during low and mid season, 4 nights during high season, and 6 nights during peak season. The use of the helipad for landing or parking is subject to additional charges. An emergency contact number will be provided at check-in, and assistance is available for a wide range of activities including excursions, boat tours, and cooking experiences. Included services encompass daily maid service, pool maintenance, linen and bath towel changes twice weekly, daily pool towel changes, concierge assistance and travel guidance from booking through departure, vacation planning, check-in and check-out assistance, and recommendations and reservations for experiences across Mykonos. Rental rules:

The arrival time is fixed, between 3.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. unless a different agreement has been made in writing. The departure time is within 10.00 a.m.
A damage refundable deposit corresponding to the 20% of the total stay, in the form of an authorization to charge either a credit or debit card will be required upon arrival.
The property manager shall inspect the villa for eventual damages, missing items or anything out of the ordinary that could have been caused by the tenant or any person residing or invited in the propertyThe property manager shall return or release the security deposit within 10 days of departure provided that no costs or expenses of any kind are left unpaid, for whatever reason whatsoever.

- the percentage of the total rental amount paid at the time of the booking as initial deposit if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period;
- 100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show.
