The rates include bed and household linens, a change of linen and towels for stays of a minimum of 2 weeks, electricity, water, gas, garden maintenance, house cleaning 3 times a week, housecleaning upon departure for stays of a minimum of 2 weeks, Internet WiFi, pool maintenance, and towels. The minimum stay requirement is 4 nights, rising to 7 nights for the period from 10 June to September. Check-in time is from 16:00 to 20:00, and check-out time is between 8:00 and 10:00. Late check-in after 20:00 is available subject to prior arrangement. A security deposit of 6,000 EUR is required and must be paid in the form of a credit card pre-authorisation; the amount is not debited in advance. A final cleaning fee of 400 EUR is payable upon arrival. In low and mid-season, a fee may apply if consumption of heating and electricity exceeds average levels. Children are welcome at the property and must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the pool or any water facilities. Guests are kindly requested to dispose of their garbage bags in the designated containers when leaving the property, as a door-to-door garbage collection service does not exist in Ibiza. Additional optional services available upon request include a baby cot, cancellation insurance, chef, child care and babysitting, a driver, extra beds, a high chair, and a tourism development tax.
