Villa Francisca operates under a minimum stay policy of 5 nights, which extends to 7 nights from the end of May to the end of September. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 20:00, and check-out must take place between 08:00 and 10:00. A late check-in service is available between 20:00 and midnight, and between 00:00 and 09:00, subject to an additional charge. The rates include bed and household linens, electricity, water, gas, daily housekeeping for 3 hours, a weekly change of linens and towels, as well as pool and garden maintenance. In low and mid-season, an additional fee may apply should consumption of heating and electricity exceed average levels. All 5 bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and a TV, ensuring comfort throughout the stay. Children are warmly welcomed at the property and must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the pool or any water facilities. Guests are kindly requested to deposit their garbage bags in the designated containers upon departure, as a door-to-door garbage collection service is not available in Ibiza.
