The villa includes a satellite receiver, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine, and all rooms throughout the property are air-conditioned for year-round comfort. The minimum stay required is 7 nights. Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00, and check-out time is between 8:00 and 10:00. A late check-in service is available after 21:00 until 24:00 for an additional charge payable on arrival. A security deposit of 500 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned on departure, less any applicable charges in the event of damages.
