Villa Matilde operates under a minimum stay requirement of 7 nights, and from 20/06/26 to 28/08/26 the changeover day is Saturday. Check-in is available from 17:00 to 21:00, while check-out must take place between 8:00 and 10:00. A late check-in service is available for arrivals after 21:00 and up to 24:00, subject to an additional fee payable upon arrival. An early departure fee also applies and is to be settled on site. A security deposit of 500 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at the time of departure, less any applicable charges in the event of damages. The rental rates include gas, water, and electricity consumption up to 300 kWh per week, with any excess consumption charged per kWh and payable directly on site. Also included in the rates are final cleaning, a weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, a midweek change of bath towels, a weekly cleaning service covering the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms for 2 hours, a welcome basket with breakfast items, and a cot. A tourist tax of 3.00 euros per person per night applies, excluding children up to 12 years of age, for a maximum of 6 nights, and is to be paid in cash upon arrival.
