The minimum stay at Villa Rosemary is 7 nights, and from 20 June 2026 to 28 August 2026, the changeover day is Saturday. Check-in is available from 17:00 to 21:00, and check-out must take place between 8:00 and 10:00. A late check-in service is available after 21:00 and until 24:00, subject to an additional charge payable upon arrival. An early departure fee also applies and is to be settled on-site. A security deposit of 500 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at the time of departure, less any applicable charges in the event of damages. The rental rates include gas, water, and electricity consumption up to 300 kWh per week, with any additional consumption charged per kWh and payable on the spot. Also included are the final cleaning, a weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, a midweek change of bath towels, a weekly cleaning of the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms lasting 2 hours, a welcome basket with breakfast items, and a cot.
