The rental rates include air-conditioning, heating, gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, a weekly change of bed linens, a midweek change of bath towels and pool towels, daily cleaning of the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms for 3 hours, and a welcome basket with breakfast items.
