Please be aware that there is no safety fence around the pool and no swimming guard is present, so appropriate supervision is advised at all times. Pets are not permitted, and smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. Events or gatherings may not be organised on the premises without prior approval. Guests are kindly requested to return the property in the same condition as found at check-in, as additional fees may otherwise be applied. Room 1 features 1 double bed, Room 2 also features 1 double bed, while Room 3 is equipped with 2 single beds. Room 4 offers a flexible sleeping arrangement with 4 beds in total, comprising 2 single beds and 2 mattresses on the floor. The interior is completed by a fully equipped kitchen and a wonderful living room, both designed to reflect the villa's bright and open character.
