A second terrace, reachable directly from the American kitchen, is equipped with a table and chairs and a barbecue area, making it an ideal spot for alfresco dining and entertaining. Villa Beleza accommodates up to 8 guests, with 2 bedrooms located on the ground floor and the remaining 2 bedrooms on the lower floor. One of the bedrooms is equipped with air conditioning and a television. Check-in time is from 16:00, and check-out must be completed by 10:00. Late check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 incurs an additional fee, as does late check-in between 00:00 and 09:00. A security deposit of 2,000 EUR is required and must be paid in the form of a credit card pre-authorisation, meaning the amount is not debited from your card. A final cleaning fee of 300 EUR is payable upon arrival. The minimum stay is 7 nights, with Saturday as the changeover day. During August, a minimum stay of 2 weeks applies. The rates include bed and household linens, cleaning twice per week, electricity, water, gas, housecleaning upon departure, Internet WiFi, and linen and towel changes upon departure. For stays of a minimum of 2 weeks, a weekly change of linens and towels as well as weekly house cleaning are also included. Services not included in the rates are airport transfers, baby cot rental, chef services, childcare and babysitting, dry cleaning, extra beds, extra hours of housekeeping, and high chair rental. Children are welcome at the villa and must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the pool or any other water or wellness facilities. Please note that there is no safety fence around the pool and no swimming guard on duty. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, and the organisation of events on the property requires prior approval. Guests are kindly requested to dispose of garbage bags in the designated containers upon departure, as a door-to-door garbage collection service does not exist in Ibiza. In low and mid season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity exceeds the average threshold. The running water in some houses in Ibiza may be slightly salty, and this percentage may increase during peak tourist season. The property must be returned in the same condition as at check-in, as additional fees may otherwise be charged. The villa's staff speaks English, French, and Spanish. An emergency contact number will be provided at check-in, and the team is available to assist with a wide range of activities including excursions, boat tours, cooking experiences, and much more.
