On the upper level, a second Master Bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom, a queen-size bed, a spacious private balcony, and a Smart 4K TV. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is before 11:00, with early check-in and late checkout available upon request subject to availability. Minimum stay requirements vary by season: 4 nights from April 1st to June 10th, 5 nights from June 10th to June 30th, 7 nights from July 1st to August 19th, 6 nights from August 19th to September 9th, 4 nights from September 10th to September 30th, and 3 nights from October 1st to October 30th. A security deposit of 1,500 is required via pre-authorization on a credit card upon arrival. Guests are welcomed with a basket of local delicacies and sparkling wine. Daily maid service is included, along with laundry services twice per week, a change of linens every 2 days, and a change of towels every 2 days.
