The first floor is home to the master bedroom, which features a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and stunning views of both the sea and the pool, as well as a second double bedroom that enjoys beautiful sea views. The dependance offers an additional layer of privacy and versatility, comprising an open-plan living area with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, a queen-sized bed situated on the mezzanine level, and a separate bathroom. For larger gatherings, Villa Cornelia 2 can be combined with its twin property, Villa Cornelia 1, which is situated side by side, allowing up to 15 guests to stay together across both villas. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is required by 10:00 AM. A refundable security deposit of 1500 Euro is to be paid upon arrival. Included in the rental are 24/7 dedicated concierge services, housekeeping depending on the period of stay, a change of linen and towels 2 times per week, bath amenities, linen and towels, pool towels, and pool maintenance. A nighttime security guard is present on the property from May to the end of September, operating between 23:00 and 5:00. Upon request, a wide range of additional services is available, including airport and port transfer, yacht rentals, car and motorbike rental concierge, a private chef, grocery shopping, villa pre-stocking, in-house massage, a personal trainer, a yoga instructor, a baby cot, babysitting, and health assistance with a doctor.

- the percentage of the total rental amount paid at the time of the booking as initial deposit if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period;
- 100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show.
