"Canephora" is a 3-room apartment of 60 m2 situated on the 1st floor, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living and dining area is generously proportioned and elegantly furnished, featuring a flat screen TV and direct access to a small balcony of 6 m2. The first bedroom is appointed with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and opens onto a large terrace of 40 m2. The second, more intimate room is equipped with a pull-out bed suitable for 2 persons, consisting of 2 individual sleeping surfaces of 90 cm width and 190 cm in length, and also benefits from direct access to the same terrace. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a separate WC. The apartment further includes an open kitchen seamlessly integrated into the living space, complete with an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
