The property features a welcoming veranda, a panoramic window, and a gallery area with a flat screen television, creating an elegant and light-filled living environment.

The first bedroom is equipped with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and offers a direct exit to the garden. The second bedroom, located without a window, also features 1 french bed of the same dimensions — 140 cm wide and 190 cm in length — with a private exit to the veranda. A self-contained studio, also without a window, includes 1 french bed (140 cm x 190 cm), a kitchen corner, a shower with WC, a flat screen television, and a direct exit to the terrace. The fourth sleeping area is an open room with sloping ceilings, with a ceiling height ranging from 80 to 140 cm, and contains 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 additional french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The main bathroom consists of a shower and a separate WC, while the studio provides a second shower and WC unit, together accounting for the 2 bathrooms available throughout the property.

The open kitchen on the main level is fully equipped and features 1 hot plate, an oven, 3 gas rings, a toaster, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Capsules for the coffee machine (filtre) are available at an extra charge. A large south-facing and east-facing terrace completes the outdoor living space, furnished with terrace furniture.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
